1. Scientific materials submitted to the editorial board of the journal “The Bulletin of the Russian Academy of Education” for publication are subject to mandatory review.
2. The editor-in-chief of the journal (his/her deputies, the executive editor) determine the article’s compliance with the profile of the journal, the requirements for design and, if the requirements are met, send it for review to the head of the journal’s section, a specialist, a doctor or candidate of sciences, whose scientific specialization is closest to the topic of the article.
3. Reviewers are informed that the manuscripts sent to them for review are subject to copyright and the content of the articles is not subject to disclosure. Reviewers are not allowed to make copies of articles.
4. The review period cannot exceed 20 working days.
5. The review of the article must indicate: a) whether the content of the article corresponds to its title, b) whether it meets modern achievements in the field of science under consideration. In conclusion, the reviewer gives a reasoned conclusion about the possibility of publication (with or without revision), gives recommendations for revision and indicates the section for publication.
6. The author of the article is provided with information about the reviewer’s conclusions and recommendations for revision without indicating the name of the reviewer.
7. After the decision is made to accept the article for publication, the executive editor informs the author about this and indicates the publication date.
8. Articles by postgraduate students are accepted only if there is a conclusion from the scientific supervisor.
9. Reviews of received materials are stored by the founder for 5 years.
