International cooperation

As part of its international activities, RAE carries out work in the following areas:

Analysis and use of world scientific achievements for the development of domestic educational sciences

• conducting joint research with foreign partners and publishing joint scientific publications;
• creating databases and data banks of foreign sources of information in the field of educational sciences;
• participating in the implementation of international and interstate programs, conducting research work on grants from Russian and foreign scientific foundations and international organizations;
• developing the mobility of scientific personnel;
• organizing and participating in international forums, conferences and seminars;
• forming a system of interaction with foreign members of RAE in order to promote the development of international cooperation.

Promotion of Russian achievements in the field of educational sciences abroad, formation of a positive image of Russia, development of scientific diplomacy

• participation of the Academy in international scientific unions and their governing bodies, involvement in the activities of other international scientific and other specialized organizations;
• engagement of a wide range of foreign participants in the events and competitions held by RAE;
• assistance in the preparation and internship of Russian and foreign postgraduate and doctoral students as part of the implementation of joint research and projects;
• convergence of approaches to the development of educational sciences and support for the development of educational systems in the post-Soviet countries;
• scientific and methodological support for the promotion and teaching of the Russian language abroad;
• support for international youth scientific diplomacy, participation of Russian scientific youth in global associations of young scientists, support for Russian initiatives to form such associations.
